One Day Retreat

A one-day employees’ retreat with You’re Valued provides the ideal opportunity to connect with colleagues, team, or employees from other organisations.

We will source transportation, venue/accommodation and provide breakfast and lunch for all guests.

On the day, guests will arrive at the venue for a light breakfast and interact with other attendees. The light breakfast ensures you are not feeling too full and lethargic to start the day.

Our 5-steps programme begins with a Motivational Speaker who sets the positive tone for the day. Followed by the rest of the day’s activities which includes input from a corporate coach, occupational therapist, personal trainer and mindfulness therapist. We will allocate time for breaks and connecting with other guests. If you want to have a bit of a solitary/reflective time you are free to do so as well.

You’re Valued will ensure all who attend our retreat feel valued and included, by so doing, we enable mental wellness in an inescapable challenging world.

We expand on our One Day programme with additional activities, meals, accommodation and transportation provided for our Two-Day Retreat.

Our mental wellness retreat is devised to enhance connection with people, teaching them a new skill, encourage mindfulness, physical activities and benevolence which promote mental wellness. By attending our two-day retreat, we will take the pressure off you and encourage you to learn and try new ways to alleviate stress and burnout.

We invest time in understanding you, your business, your needs and each employee attending the retreat to know and understand what matters to each individual.

Our guests will arrive at the venue for lunch and we will encourage social interaction among guests.

Our 5-steps programme will begin with a Motivational Speaker who sets the positive tone for the day. There will be plenty of interactions with other attendees and time for personal and group reflection.

Our expert coaches’ input includes helping employees develop their leadership skills, build relationships, overcome challenges, accelerate their development, and achieve their goals.

Our guest will benefit from our expert occupational therapists who bring their excellent problem-solving skills to help redetermine the best course of action for work and personal challenges. Guest will be taught new skills which may contribute to restoring, rebuilding and enhancing their lives.

We will set aside protected time for a group workout led by our personal trainer and a mindfulness session to help you relax and appreciate the ‘here and now’.

Our guest can also feel free to opt for more solitary-reflective time if preferred.
